Cancellation and Refund
Our cancellation and refund policy is as simple as it gets. If you don't receive the Food you ordered, you will get refund as soon as you claim it, provided that the delivery professional have marked it as undelivered. Your refund request will be initiated as soon as delivery professionals or restaurant mark it as undelivered. In case of cancelled orders, the refund will be initiated at the end of the day. You should get refunds with 7 working days, since the refund request is initiated.
